I just put in what I wanted – about 4 big peaches, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 1 cucumber, 1 green tomato, some red and orange peppers I had, about 3 cloves of garlic, some hot sauce (to taste), salt and pepper to taste, cilantro, parsley, basil, lime juice and about 1 T. sugar.
