				<description><![CDATA[Saute the following in a large sauce pan (several quart size):

1/3 stick butter
1/3 C. olive oil
1 bunch green onions
1 large chopped onion
1 head of garlic
Then add
1 bag of fresh greens (spinach, turnip green, kale or whatever you have.
1 package smoked sausage sliced
ham hock or leftover ham bone (better with some meat still on in it)
1 quart chicken broth
2 cans of white beans (great northern, navy beans, white butter beans or what'cha got.)
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn.
season to taste. For heat, you can add chili pepper, crushed pepper, or texas pete.
Bring to boil; then turn to simmer, and cook for a couple of hours or more.  You can even put it in  crockpot to cook all day if you need to hil going to work.]]></description>
